Wow! This XBOX 360 thing is interesting. As I watched some of the information about the things people were willing to do for a...let me get this straight...game console? I was fascinated to say the least. I recently met a young man who asked me: "Did you stand in line and get an XBOX?" I kindly told him no and offered a few reasons, just for his entertainment.
I told the young fellow that I make time for games while I'm on the beach or while sitting in one of my homes designed specifically for video game play. But that comes from doing today what others will not do, so I can have tomorrow what others will not have.
I wondered how many of those buyers actually have created the kind of lifestyle that would enable them play the "BOX" anytime they wanted, as long as they wanted, in a home as large as they wanted and on the size of screen that they want? If these same people were offered, excellent health, massive wealth and all that comes with those things would they stand in line for hours? Would they bid any amount on Ebay to have it? I think not. It is clear that many are seeking to game life away in hopes of never wanting to notice that they didn't have the courage to live.
Well in mathematics X represents the unknown and it is clear that they cannot see outside of the BOX which is why the don't do more.

From Goal-Setting to Giving
Hello Friends this is Asaad of www.MeetTheGoal.com and I am glad you have chosen to read this Blog and learn some strategies that you can use to assist you in meeting your goals.
On this Blog I will assist you in understanding just one of the many principles of wealth extraction that must be utilized in order to achieve the results you seek.
I’m sure that many if not all of you have heard or read of the value of “Goal-Setting”.
Goal setting has once again made its way to the forefront of most motivational speakers’ lectures and tape series as well as become the “hot” catchword of many books recently published. The success ratios are staggering for those that have set goals. And along with goal-setting and “stick-to-it-ive-ness” the world has seen and is seeing many “giants” being developed. However there is a not too often spoken of “success ingredient” that we must include in the baking our “wealth-cake” …what is this secret ingredient? It’s the principle of GIVING.
Many of you have heard that “in order to get you must give” and “in order to reap you must sow” or “it takes money to make money” etc. But how many of you really understand the principle of giving? How often have you made giving a condition of your wealth building? Now many religious organizations teach on the principles of tithing. And often times the understanding of the parishioners is one of giving something in hopes of getting something in return, which in my opinion negates the actual principle of giving. That is what is defined as bartering and bartering is not giving, it is exchanging.
GIVING! No expectations of return or payment just plain ole GIVING! I suggest that everyone begin to practice performing spontaneous acts of kindness. Purchase gifts for your down-line, buy Danish for everyone in your office, or give a hearty greeting or a smile to a complete stranger. Do anything you can and something everyday for someone while not desiring anything in return.
To those that much is given, much is required. Have you sown million dollar seeds? That is the best way to get at the very least million dollar crops. Have you sown fifty dollar seeds? That is the way to get at the very least fifty-dollar crops. However with the correct attitude or love your yield will increase ten to one hundred fold. However the yield is not your concern as the universal law of increasing returns will operate no matter what. Focus on the giving of your time, talents and love and nurture those things and the law of return will be there when you need it.
When setting your goals for life you must make sure that you include the ingredient of giving or your success will be haphazard and minimal at best. Include a percentage of your future success to go toward a charity that you are passionate about. Donate time, clothing or any talent you have today to that charity or group. Give!
If you desire to reach your goals…you must be a giver. Look at the lives of your most enlightened successful people and you will find a common thread running through them all…GIVING!
Now grab your goals, dust them off and insert some giving. Because if all of your goals are all about what you can get and what you want, then you are simply a “taker in disguise” and “Higher Power” does not reward the takers.
